Evening fitness classes for women that combine cardio, strength training, core work, and stretching for an energizing, full-body work-out.
New session begins in September.
We then meet Mondays & Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm at Hynes Field in West Roxbury.
Unlimited 8-week evening session with 16 classes: $159
Or one evening + 1 Saturday for 8 weeks: $159
Unlimited evening & Saturdays for 8 weeks: $199
8-class passes (to be used in 2 months): $99
You need: water, a yoga mat, resistance band, & desire to want to have fun while working out!
Session will include our annual team challenge for extra motivation!
Morning fitness classes for mamas, where babies/toddlers come along for the ride via stroller.
Get back into the shape or rev up your fitness routine with full-body work-outs suitable for all levels.
Little ones are entertained during the work-out with songs, movement, and music.
New session starts June 19th,
but you can join any time
for pro-rated price if space is free.
Mon/Wed/Fri, 10-11am. (Saturdays will return in September!)
Rain classes are held at Motherbrook Community Center in Dedham,

Session includes fun play-dates (crafts, mini-work-outs) for our Baby Beasts and our annual Summer Challenge!
More than a class; this is a community with monthly night-outs and we motivate each other with fitness challenges and group runs.
