Evening fitness classes for women that combine cardio, strength training, core work, and stretching for an energizing, full-body work-out.
New session runs starts Feb 27.
We then meet Mondays, 6-7:30pm & Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm at St Theresa School in WR.
Unlimited 7-week evening session: $139
Or one evening + Saturday: $139
Unlimited evening & Saturdays: $179
8-class passes (to be used in 7 weeks): $99
You need: water, a yoga mat, resistance band, & desire to want to have fun while working out!
Session includes our annual spring challenge for extra motivation!
Morning fitness classes for mamas, where babies/toddlers come along for the ride via stroller.
Get back into the shape or rev up your fitness routine with full-body work-outs suitable for all levels.
Little ones are entertained during the work-out with songs, movement, and music.

We move outdoors to Hynes Field in West Roxbury usually by mid-April.
Saturday Mama Beast classes begin on March 3rd!
What you need: water, stroller (jogging or regular), yoga mat, resistance band and snacks for little ones help!
Session includes fun play-dates (crafts, mini-work-outs) for our Baby Beasts and A FUN FITNESS CHALLENGE!
More than a class; this is a community with monthly night-outs and we motivate each other with fitness challenges and group runs.
Unlimited 8-week session with classes on 3 weekdays: $159
Pro-rated pricing available if space is free in session.
8-class pass (expires 2 months after purchase): $99
